How to Book
Check availability
Check availability at our availability and prices page.
Then please confirm with us that the dates are available. You can do this by using our enquiry form, phoning us, or emailing us.
When we receive your enquiry we will let you know whether the dates are available, and if you wish to go ahead we will reserve the dates for you while we wait for you to complete the booking process (see below).
Complete the booking request form
Please use the online booking enquiry form to enter your booking request details.
If you prefer, you can use our printable booking form.
Pay your deposit
We ask for a deposit of 25% of the weekly fee for each week of your holiday. If your holiday is less than 8 weeks away, we ask for the full amount.
You can pay by cheque, which we prefer. Please make cheques payable to Richard Wilson and send to the address on Contact Us page.
You can also pay by PayPal (to the friendscottage@194findhorn.co.uk) account.
Remember to take into account any additional costs as specified in the the Terms and Conditions page.
When we receive your form and deposit, we will confirm the booking. The balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday starts.
Pay the balance
Eight weeks prior to your holiday, please send the balance of your payment using your choice of payment method. Remember to take into account any additional costs as specified in the the Terms and Conditions page
When we receive the balance, we will confirm receipt of the balance
Just prior to your holiday we will send you information on how to find Friends Cottage and how to collect the keys
If we do not receive your balance by 7 weeks prior to your holiday, then the booking will be considered to be cancelled
